ORDERS AND SHIPPING -----------------
How do I track my order?
After you place your order, you will receive a text/email with a tracking number! :)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we do not accept returns and exchanges - all sales are final (Including refunds, store credit, and exchanges).
Do you ship internationally?
As of right now we ship to the US and Canada but have plans to be expanding in the near future!
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be packaged and shipped in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated.
How is sales tax calculated on my order?
The amount of tax charged to your order depends on what you have purchased and the Provincial and local sales tax laws. If the item is subject to sales tax, tax is calculated on the total selling price of each item.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Please place your orders carefully as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed! If you would like to cancel your order, please contact info@shopsades.com immediately for assistance. If the order has already been fulfilled, we will not be able to cancel it as it has already been processed.
Care Instructions for Garments--------------
For rhinestone embellished garments:
HAND WASH ONLY!
It is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that you hand wash rhinestone garments in cold water with very little soap for only a few minutes. Hang to dry out of the heat or direct sunlight.
One thing to consider with the stones is that the bonding is on the backing of the rhinestone, meaning it is possible to lose stones, regardless of how careful you try to be. Correctly washing the garment will help reduce stone loss!
